Tarim Garden is born from a deep-rooted passion for the culinary traditions of Xinjiang, owned and operated by Lei Han, who honors his family’s three generations of chefs and restaurateurs in the region. The Han family has been preserving these precious recipes for over three decades before bringing them to the Bay Area in 2023.
The restaurant’s menu faithfully represents the traditional dinner tables of Ili, a vibrant cultural hub in Xinjiang. We pride ourselves on dishes like Beef Laghman, tender hand-pulled noodles served with juicy beef and fresh vegetables, and the famously reported Spicy Fried Beef Noodles, spotlighted by China Central Television for their savory excellence.
Our halal certification reflects our respect for cultural practices, enabling everyone to savor our offerings safely and confidently. Our patrons consistently praise the bold flavors and generous portions, often remarking that the wait for freshly prepared meals is well worth it. We invite you to experience the magic of our chili peppers and the complexity of simple stir-fries like our Garlic Bok Choy.
At Tarim Garden, we are more than just a restaurant; we are a bridge connecting the rich food heritage of Xinjiang with the diverse culinary scene of the Bay Area. Our passion for community and tradition comes alive every day in our kitchen and dining space. Join us, and be part of our family table.
